Release that Tension with Stress Release

Being an avid user of Saje I am excited to experience and show you some of my favorite products that they offer. For those who do not know Saje, it is a Canadian (YAY!) holistic health and well being a store that is 100% natural and is plant based. One of the biggest things I like about Saje is it really connects me to my grandma. She was a big believer of healing naturally and that nature was the best thing to turn to instead of medication. 

This week I will be sharing stress release with you guys. Stress release is great for when you want to unwind, have anxiety or want to lower your blood pressure. Some of the main ingredients are peppermint, lavender, and verentre, You can apply it to your wrists, the bottom of your feet, behind your ears and one of my favorite ways, a Saje breath. Saje breath is rubbing stress release in your hands, cupping your hands over your nose and taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out through the nose. Do this 2-3 times. 

I now use Saje everywhere I go to keep my nerves calm. Having something so small makes it easy to have in your purse. Would definitely recommend this product for those who want something that can make you feel like you are on cloud nine after a long day of work.
